Abstract
It was a pleasure to plan and host the 28th Northern Plains Conference at Dordt in 2021—and to collect many of the conference papers for presentation in the proceedings which follow. In the following pages, you will find the Conference Program, followed by submitted papers in the order in which there were presented. Thanks to everyone who submitted.
